10 Years of Tampa Pride 2024 – Event Photographer

As a Tampa event photographer, I’ve had the privilege of documenting a myriad of occasions, but none have been as meaningful and uplifting as my experience at Tampa Pride. When I received the invitation to be a part of this vibrant celebration of love and inclusivity, I knew it was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.

Tampa Pride holds a special place in the hearts of the LGBTQ+ community in Tampa, and for good reason. It’s not just a parade; it’s a symbol of resilience, visibility, and solidarity. In a world where discrimination and prejudice still exist, events like Tampa Pride serve as a beacon of hope and a reminder that love always triumphs over hate.

10 years of Tampa Pride

This year marked the 10th anniversary of Tampa Pride, making it an even more significant milestone. Over the past decade, Tampa Pride has grown from a grassroots movement into a powerful force for change and acceptance. It’s a testament to the unwavering dedication and passion of the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.

Florida Anti- LGBTQ+ won’t keep us down

In the face of anti-LGBTQ+ laws and rhetoric, it’s more important than ever to show up and support events like Tampa Pride. These gatherings not only celebrate the diversity and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community but also send a powerful message to lawmakers and society at large: we will not be silenced, and we will not be erased.

As a Tampa event photographer, I believe it’s my responsibility to capture these moments of love and unity. Through my lens, I hope to document the beauty and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community and share their stories with the world. Because now, more than ever, we need to stand together and show that love is love, and it will always prevail.

So, I urge you to join me on March 23rd in Ybor to attend Tampa Pride. Let’s stand together in solidarity, celebrate love and diversity, and show the world that hate will never win. Together, we can make a difference and create a more inclusive and accepting society for all. See you there!
